These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the Golden Wings Alumni Scholarship Program (“Program”) administered by Golden Wings Academy, Inc., including its affiliated schools, The Easter’s Nest C.D.C., Inc., Golden City F.C.C., Inc. and Golden City C.D.C., Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting an application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To be eligible for consideration, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Must be a former student of Golden Wings Academy, The Easter’s Nest C.D.C., or Golden City C.D.C.

• Must be either:

a) Currently enrolled in an accredited college, university, or trade school;

b) A graduate with outstanding student loans; or

c) Intending to donate the scholarship funds to a recognized charitable organization.

• Must submit a complete application, including a short essay and all required information via the official online form.

2. Application Requirements

Applications must include:

• Accurate personal and contact information

• A short written response (minimum 250 words) addressing how their early education impacted their current journey, goals, or future plans

• Optional photo or video submission

• Selection of scholarship use: toward tuition, student loan, or charity All submissions must be made through the designated form or platform provided by Golden Wings Academy.

3. Selection Process

One former student will be selected each month to receive a $500 scholarship award.

• The recipient may use the funds toward higher education tuition/fees, repayment of student loans, or donation to a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

• Selection is based on the quality and impact of the submitted story, as well as other discretionary factors determined by the review committee.

• Financial need, academic/professional accomplishments, and community engagement may be considered. Each application will remain on file and may be reviewed again in the future. Applicants not selected in a given month remain eligible for consideration at any time.

4. Use of Submitted Content

By submitting an application, you grant Golden Wings Academy, Inc. and its affiliates a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, publish, display, and distribute your story, image, likeness, and any related content:

• On the organization’s websites, social media platforms, printed materials, and promotional campaigns

• In newspapers, newsletters, press releases, and third-party media features If you wish to revoke this permission at any time, you must do so in writing via email or certified mail..

5. Award Disbursement

6. Misrepresentation and Disqualification

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of the award. We reserve the right to rescind any scholarship award at our discretion if such conduct is discovered after disbursement.

7. Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, including eligibility requirements, award amount, and selection process, at any time without prior notice. However, changes will not affect applications already submitted before the effective date of such changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Program, you agree to release and hold harmless Golden Wings Academy, Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage resulting from or arising out of your application, participation, or use of the scholarship funds.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
